✅ Eligible for Refund
A full or partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
Service professional does not arrive at the scheduled time.
Service is cancelled by RozgaarLo due to unavoidable reasons.
Payment deducted but service not confirmed.
Service professional fails to deliver the agreed service.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Customer cancels the booking after the service professional has reached the location.
Customer is not available at the scheduled time.
Service completed successfully but refund requested due to change of mind.
Issues arising due to incorrect service details or address provided by the customer.
⏱ Cancellation Window
Free cancellation allowed before service professional is dispatched.
Cancellation after dispatch may attract a cancellation charge.
⚠️ Important: Project services require advance / pre-booking fees to confirm professionals and resources.
❌ Non-Refundable Booking Fee
All pre-booking or advance payments for project services are strictly non-refundable.
This amount covers professional commitment, site visits, planning, and resource allocation.
🔁 Rescheduling
Project services can be rescheduled once (subject to availability).
Any additional rescheduling may attract extra charges.
🚫 No Refund After Confirmation
Once a project is confirmed and professional assigned, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Customer-initiated cancellation after confirmation is not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
